TROPICAL DREAM GRABS TITLE FROM THAILAND PROPERTY AWARDS

Pattaya’s medium-scale but high-end developer Tropical Dream grabbed this year’s Best in Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard) from the recently concluded Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards 2011 Gala Dinner, held at the Main Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok.To the mixed surprise and delight of the guests, the award was received by Tropical Dream Pattaya’s Managing Director Sylvie Schaffer, who happily-thanked her family and staff whom she said “worked very, very hard to achieve this goal.”

Besting other premium developments in Pattaya such as The Cliff and Nova Ocean View, Tropical Dream was chosen mainly because, as it’s developer Gery Kis puts it, “adherence to strict choice of materials used in the project, matching the best of truly European building standards.” The project has been under supervision of Robert Sheitz, the Hungarian project manager of most of his country’s motorways. He was also part of the development of the Autobahn in Germany and numerous home development programs of the United Nations Development Fund (UNDP).

Another reason for the victory that surprised most industry watchers is Tropical Dream’s value for money. A good example of which is the facilities they will provide in the ‘79 units only’ condominium that can only be seen in massive developments such as its 64 meter long infinity pools, carefully-designed open spaces and lush tropical gardens.

Now at its final construction stages, its developers hope to turn over ownership of units to their buyers and grandly open this new sight to behold on Pratumnak Hill before the half of 2012.
