Tropical Dream "Rental Guarantee" Special Offer

In addition to the outstanding value increase offered by the luxury apartments in the Tropical Dream Condominium, we assume a 1-year "Rental guarantee" for all our customers who book an apartment before 31st March 2010 and pay 50% of the purchase price (the remaining amount becomes due when the apartment is handed over) in a way our valued customer is guaranteed to receive 15% of the total purchase price in monthly instalments within a year.

The owners participating in the "Rental guarantee" offer also receive further extra benefit as they are exempted from paying the expenses related to rental (personnel: cleaning, management, reception, security guards, service charges: expenses of electricity and water supply), as well as paying the common charges, which is 40 THB/sqm/month.

Thanks to all these extra benefits, no expenses of rental and maintenance are to be paid by the owners so they can realise the annual 15% yield projected on the invested capital without any deductions.
