We do not apply the previously common chlorine water cleaning procedure in the waveless "infinity edge" pool of nearly 1,000 square metres but the "salt water system" introduced in Australia. Contrary to chlorine, this is extremely skin-friendly and can be used by children and those suffering from allergies; the water provides a uniquely smooth sensation. In addition to all these advantages, its running costs are also much lower than those of the traditional procedure.

The doors and windows are manufactured by a company in German ownership. They represent the highest German quality and precision not only regarding the workmanship but also the utilised materials. The windows with a glass surface of 2.5 square metres ensure unique panorama for all the apartments.

Tiling: Super glossy, super white, 60x60 cm Granito tiles are used in the kitchen, the living-room, the bathroom and the balcony, while the wardrobe and the bedroom are fitted with excellent quality, German standard (or identical quality) maple-light laminated tiling. The side walls in the bathroom are covered with high-standard, modern tiles and aluminium decorative stripes.

Surface finishing of the walls: roughcast, plastered, polished and painted surfaces, genuine "European finishing". Surface finishing of the ceilings: plaster drop ceiling with painting.

Equipment: The kitchen furniture contains unique solutions of form, featuring a black granite counter and ensuring the connection facilities of the various types of equipment used in the kitchen. In two-bedroom apartments, kitchens are equipped with a round-shaped kitchen island and the most modern Franke extractor. As for the kitchen equipment, the extractor, the Swiss Franke (or identical quality) ceramic flat cooker and the Franke dishwasher are fitted. The colour of the kitchen furniture will be optional based on a colour sample, which is a unique possibility in Pattaya. Bathroom: Cotto (or identical, excellent quality) modern design sanitary ware, fitted with –Cotto faucets and hot water is provided by electric water heaters. Bathrooms in the two-bedroom apartments also have a built-in TV a hydro-massage bathtub with a beverage cooler. The wardrobes equipped with built-in furniture are convenient to walk through and their larger than average size makes it possible to hide the suitcases behind. Air-conditioning: one luxury air-conditioning unit per room, complete with a remote controller.

Telephone and cable TV connection is established in every apartment. Any further expenses related to obtaining the telephone service are paid by the owner of the apartment.
